Sandra Palmer joins us this year as our quilt appraiser. Sandra, a native of Vermont, is a certified appraiser by the American Quilters Society. She requires pre-registration for an appraisal and charges $40.00 per quilt or $105.00 for three quilts. Appraisals will be conducted in a private room at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center according to the following schedule:
